OBM 3.1.3 is out!

The OBM team is proud to present the latest and greatest version of the product, OBM 3.1.3.
This is a bugfix release with some improvements, mostly related to __obm-provisioning__.
Whether you're still running OBM 2.5 or OBM 3 already, we strongly advise you to upgrade.

## What's new in this release?

OBM 3.1.3 comes with a number of enhancements. Here's a quick summary:

* The [provisioning API](/wiki/obm-provisioning-api) is now a dedicated service, with a dedicated _obm-provisioning_ package.

WARNING: You need to enable a new reverse proxy in you apache configuration. See the documentation for details.

* The provisioning API now supports per-domain IMAP backend selection policies.
* The provisioning API can now handle user's mail forward settings.

## Bug fixes

Here's an overview of bug fixes in this version:

* [OBMFULL-6361](https://ci-obm.linagora.com/jira/browse/OBMFULL-6361) The _email_ is now optional for a group.
* [OBMFULL-6276](https://ci-obm.linagora.com/jira/browse/OBMFULL-6276) The provisioning API now reads the _cyrusPartition_ parameter in _obm_conf.ini_.
* [OBMFULL-6345](https://ci-obm.linagora.com/jira/browse/OBMFULL-6345) Wrong display name was displayed when a resoure calendar was shared.
