When things get mad in Thunderbird, it is often hard to understand what's going wrong. To help _Linagora_ in the troubleshooting, you can configure the Thunderbird connector to log a lot of useful information. Here's how:
* Open the configuration editor though _Preferences_ > _Advanced_ > _General_, as shown below:
![Config Editor](/sites/default/files/media/images/configeditor.png "Config Editor")
* In the editor, type __extensions.obm.log__ in the search box and double click on the property _extensions.obm.log.level_ to change the value to -1.
![Log Level](/sites/default/files/media/images/loglevel.png "Log Level")
* Restart Thunderbird.
The synchronization might be slower with this setting. As soon as your problem is solved, you can safely revert back to level 3.
