OBM Autoconf is an OBM component allowing easy, automated deployment of preferences, LDAP directories, and extensions on client computers using Mozilla Thunderbird.

It works through a Thunderbird extension connecting to the server in order to fetch a configuration file (*config.xml*) containing various settings, preferences, certificates, extensions, etc. that are deployed into the local Thunderbird profile.
